Privacy policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy covers rasanloraycontentco.com, the She Shreds with Rasan newsletter, and the services of Rasan Loray Content Co. Short version: I only collect what I need to send you stuff you asked for, I never sell your information, and you can leave anytime.

What I collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.
• Bookings: when you book a free coffee break or a consultation, the name, email and any notes you enter in the booking form.
• Emails you send me: anything you share when you reply to a newsletter or contact me directly.
• Basic usage data: the services below may record standard technical details such as your browser type, device and general location, and whether you open or click a newsletter.

How I use it

• To send you the newsletter, episode updates, event news and merch drops you signed up for.
• To schedule and hold calls you book with me, and to follow up about them.
• To reply to your messages.
• To understand what content people enjoy so I can make it better.

I use a few trusted services to run this site and newsletter. They handle your information only to provide their service:

• Google Calendar handles call bookings.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site.

When you click a link to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

What I never do

I never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
• Ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, and I'll take care of it.
